The process
Five steps to get there, and three hours of onboarding once you decide.
Nothing to install, nothing to learn, and nothing moves out of where it already lives. Written out in full so you can see exactly what you are agreeing to before you agree to any of it.
We show you what this looks like inside businesses already running it. How they see every client who has quietly stopped coming back, how those people get invited in again, and how the diary stays full instead of going quiet without anyone noticing.
We ask you nothing about your business on this call. It exists so you can see the thing working before you give anyone an hour of your time.
Find out in ten minutes what the best companies in your market are doing about their procedures and their dormant clients.
See how AI can actually automate your tasks and your procedures. Where it fits, where it does not, and what that looks like day to day rather than in theory.
Then, where money is going out quietly right now, and where you could be earning more from what you already have. We work it out together, out loud, from things you already know.
We propose nothing on this call. What we do is get the need clear, in your words, with numbers attached to it.
Most owners have never put a figure on this before.
We interview you, and we interview the people who actually do the work, because the owner never sees the whole picture and the front desk always knows something you do not.
You come out of it with a proposed solution you could start using tomorrow. Not a strategy document, not a roadmap for next year. A specific thing that brings you more clients, at the lowest cost of anything on the table, built on what we found rather than on what we assumed.
You also get your own list: every client who has stopped coming back, by name, with what each one spent and a total at the bottom. That list is yours to keep.
Then you decide whether to build it or not. The assessment stands on its own. If you take the list and the plan and do it yourself, that is a legitimate outcome and you owe us nothing further.
Nothing gets designed before this step. A system built on assumptions instead of on how the business really runs is one nobody ends up using.
In week one you see your own number. Your client list exists, and the people who stopped coming appear with a total next to them. That is the first week, not the third month.
Over the next two weeks everything is configured to your services, your prices and the way you talk to your clients. You get one written update a week. No meetings, no calls, nothing to review.
Two hours together, and it is not a training course. We sit with you and do a real morning on your real clients, so the first time you use it is with us next to you.
Then we stay in it with you every morning for the rest of the month, fixing whatever does not fit, until it is a habit rather than something anyone has to remember.
At day 30 we review it together. That is the last thing in your diary.
This is where adoption actually happens, not in the training session.
Your time
What was possible only when the right person was there is now happening all the time.
Why it works
The guarantee
Within six months of launch, the clients who come back will have spent more than you paid us. If they have not, we refund the gap.
Because we see the number before either of us commits. During the assessment we count exactly what is sitting in your list, and our fee is a small fraction of it. By the time we offer the guarantee we already know what we are guaranteeing against.
If the numbers do not support it, we tell you then, and we do not take the work.
You come to the launch.
You name one person who owns it.
You give us read access in week one.
You will know inside ten minutes whether any of this applies to your business.
